The?2012 Salary Survey and Job Market Report?from talent recruiter firm 24 Seven looked at how fashion and retail workers are dealing with their jobs.
Job satisfaction and loyalty are both very low. Nine out of 10 say that they're willing to leave for another company, and 70 percent are thinking about a job change in the next year. Only 16 percent say that they're "highly satisfied" with their jobs.
